Benjamin Gaudio
About Ben:
Ben recieved his Bachelor's of Science in Biological Sciences from Northeastern University in 2018 and completed his Master's degree at Harvard Extension School in 2024. As part of the Sorger lab, Ben has worked on the LINCS project creating dose response profiles of a large number of cancer cell lines, helped create a new assay for detecting SARS-CoV-2 which causes COVID19, developed numerous CRISPR cell line models to probe the biology of cancer cells and investigate cellular transport mechanisms, and contributed to the development of the CyCIF imaging platform. Currently, he works on improving spatial imaging platforms and is involved in projects focused on 3D microscopy and automation of highly-multiplexed fluorescent imaging.
